Celebrity chef Martin Yan, who is known for the Yan Can Cook TV program, will present his journey through Ha Noi, Da Nang, Hue and Ho Chi Minh City in a 26-episode show about tourism, cuisine and culture in Vietnam.
Viewers will learn about the local tastes as Yan cooks two-to-three dishes at each venue, speaking with Vietnamese people about their customs.
Said Chef Yan, “I’m really excited with this show as it will be a high standard production to promote Vietnamese people, landscape, culture and cuisine to the world”.
Tune in to ‘Taste of Vietnam’ on HTV, VTV, Asian Food Channel and PBS – set to air in early 2013.
